The Best of 2013// Photography

The end of 2013 wrapped up a little over a year of blogging and my photography business. I feel like I have come such a long way from where I was at the beginning of this year. I'll share that in another post, given the length of this one.

My goal for this year is to break my own limits and be more fearless about my photography. It's easy to slip into a certain routine because other photographers do, and you know it's safe. I'm going to stop trying to reach other photographer's standards and start aiming for my own. Thank you to all my lovely readers and followers of my work. Your kind words, no matter how few, mean so much when I'm struggling. I can't wait for the new challenges and growth, I hope this blog inspired, encouraged, or entertained you as much as I benefited from writing it. Here's to another year of Katelyn Shanice Photography and more Adventures in No Mans Land.  xxxx

  2. Wow, these shots are all so emotional! I love the emphasis on nature and flowers :) Great photography makes you really feel like you know the couple being shot, or feel what they're feeling, and you totally accomplished this. I love all of these shots, especially the ones with the adorable babies! Love it.
